Ai biết về smartphone giúp mình với

Hết bảo hành từ tháng 2 rồi , rs mặc định thì chưa

Nếu ko được thì tháo pin ra rồi lắp pin lại và làm theo hướng dẫn:

This reset method is especially useful if your phone continually freezes or fails to respond, or you’ve forgotten the security locks you’ve set up to access the phone
Restoring your Samsung Galaxy Ace to its factory settings will wipe all phone data, so if you’re not locked out of the phone you should first back up your data. The reset won’t delete data saved to your SIM or external memory card.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1
With the phone turned off, press and hold the HOME and Power/Lock buttons together.
Step 2
From the unlock reset menu, use the volume key to scroll down to 'wipe data/factory reset' and press the Home key to select the option.
Step 3
When prompted scroll down and select ‘Yes - delete all user data’.
Step 4
When prompted scroll to and select ‘reboot system now’.
The phone will then reboot to its factory settings with the security lock removed.

Bạn vào cài đặt > sao lưu và cài lại > khôi phục cài đặt gốc.
Khi khôi phục xong thì tắt máy tháo pin ra để khoảng 10 phút xong lại lắp pin bật máy lên thử xem.
